Reliable and user-friendly for the patient

Advantages: - Easy to use once set up - Fairly durable - Works throughout the home. to make the song selection permanent Let's talk about the setting. The remote initially has a piece of paper between the battery and the contact to ensure it doesn't shrink while it's in the box. The problem is, that piece of paper is pretty much stuck inside and you can't just pull it out without unscrewing and opening the case. The screw is hidden under a small piece of rubber stopper and they're good enough to hold a tiny screwdriver. The problem is that the tiny screwdriver had a flat head and the screw was a Phillips head. I had to twist a screwdriver to turn this screw. That little rubber stopper is also a nightmare if you drop it. Good thing I haven't had to change the battery yet. We've been using it for about 2 months now. Once that is set up, move on to choosing the tone and adjusting the volume. There are many songs/sounds to choose from. There are three buttons on the side of the device facing the outlet. Two buttons to select songs and one button to toggle volume. You need to pair the button with the device again if you want the song change to be fixed. One of the tips for choosing a song is to make sure you pick a smooth song that you want to hear. We initially chose a more urgent song because we thought it would encourage us to get to the patient faster, but if you have a patient who can play with this button a lot even if they don't really want to call you, go for it Mellow takes care of that so you can take your time and fret if you don't get a call.
