I have these shoes in black and "jeans" and they are pretty much the only casual shoes I ever wear. The stretch makes them so comfortable and the woven look is just so attractive. Mine came with a pair of insoles which offer some arch support but also make the shoe feel snug. Although I usually like the arch support, for some reason they feel so comfortable without them that I don't use an additional insole. If in doubt about the size, order it - especially if you plan to use an insole.
