Ink not recognized by printer

What a waste. Not recognized by the printer. I've used other genetic inks before that have worked well. I just opened the yellow cartridge to replace the old one and the printer keeps giving the error. The only way to make it work is to remove the newly installed ink cartridges. Look elsewhere!
