Like that they are brown

I have always used squares from another vendor but decided to try these. I don’t like them at all. I buy ground beef in bulk and make patties for the freezer. These are very slick and crush into the meat. Just my opinion.

Pros

I use these to separate hamburger patties before I freeze them.

Cons

Might not be suitable for hot items as it can melt and compromise the food's taste and texture
