Disappointing Quality and Scarce Variety, TIMEYARD

As a seasoned do-it-yourselfer, I couldn't wait to use TIMEYARD's supplies in my next DIY endeavor. My interactions with the business have been negative, unfortunately. Their website makes it seem like they have a wide variety of house decor options, but in reality, they only have a few generic options. Rather than finding one-of-a-kind components for my do-it-yourself endeavors, I discovered standard patterns that could be purchased elsewhere for less money. In addition, I was disappointed in the low quality of the items I bought. I was disappointed to receive a macrame plant hanger that appeared so nice online but turned out to be made of cheap, flimsy materials. I was only able to use the plant holder a handful of times before it snapped and fell apart. Moreover, their support services were severely lacking. It took a few days before I got an answer to a query I had about one of their products. When I did, the response was useless and ignored my main issue. Finally, given the low quality and narrow variety, TIMEYARD's costs are too high. Instead of paying a premium for truly special and well-crafted items, as I had hoped to do, I ended up paying more for mediocre ones. In sum, if you're in the market for premium and distinctive house decor, I wouldn't suggest TIMEYARD. Their selection is small and boring, and the standard of their goods is poor. Both their prices and their customer care leave a lot to be desired.
