I love how easy it was to navigate through all of my courses, being able to go into different sections within each class, without having to open up multiple programs (you can do so too but that's even more work!). The best feature however is the ability you have to ask questions about any course or textbook you are trying to learn from! This enables me to figure out if I am misunderstanding something and need help, if there isn't much explanation for some concepts, etc. I just wish there were better ways/options available when talking with other students in groups online via Skype - sometimes it doesn't always connect well, and this makes collaborating difficult. When looking at your assignments online and not understanding what information has been provided in writing as opposed to verbally, it would be very helpful to know where exactly we should turn to look further and get clarification! Using K2 allows us to figure out our struggles with homework and tests faster by using its self-check feature. It also gives us extra practice questions which really help improve our skills. I like that it's very user friendly, easy for my staff members who are not tech savvy at all! The interface could be updated with more modern features such as chat or video conferencing capabilities which would make this even better than what we have now!! We've been using KF since last year in our office training sessions where employees can learn new skills from experts through live Q&A session via webinar platform Zoom (which they love).
