impossible to return defect item
I really like these barstools when it's working. Unfortunately, one stool in the package does not rise and lower. I was trying to return the defective one to get a replacement set. However once the support pole is attached to the base there is no way to separate them makes the product not returnable. It's hard to reach the seller.
- Easy to assemble, durable, comfortable. Quality, stylish chairs. Happy with my purchase.
- The chairs are not suitable for outdoor use, as they may rust or corrode
