I bought this belt over a year ago as I lost some weight and was unsure of my size. It was perfect at first, but over the next 2 years I slowly lost 40 pounds. I have scaled down several times to fit me. The process is easy! You simply unscrew the buckle, cut a few inches of material at that end (not where the belt holes are) and use the included leather punch and household mallet to drill a new screw hole. Then you just turn it back. I don't understand someone's comment that it's complicated, it's not. Just make sure you're tall enough to start with and you've got the perfect belt. It is less stiff than most commercially available leather belts, but holds the pants well. I came back today to see if I could buy one in brown as I have it in black.
