Review on ๐Ÿ”‹ BLACK + DECKER HNVB115J10 Cordless Vacuum Cleaner by Jason Spainhour

The funnest time during the pandemic!

We don't leave the house anymore. We have two children and a cat. That means there are Cheerios, cat food, trash, dust balls, etc. scattered here and there. It also means that ants will come into the house if we are not diligent. We also have a glass-enclosed porch where flies sometimes fly in. This little vacuum cleaner sucks up everything effortlessly: ants, flies, mosquitoes, clumps of dust, crumbs on the kitchen floor and countertop, cat litter that our elderly cat throws out. Box, crickets jumping in the basement, etc. I am always amazed at the suction power! I first bought the vacuum cleaner for the rubbish but used upstairs instead. So now we have TWO of them - one on top and one on bottom. So two things: 1) You must keep it connected to the network. If you do a little cleaning and plug it back in after use, you should be fine. 2) When cleaning, larger items like Cheerios can get stuck in the vacuum cleaner's "nose". I take it apart about once a week and do a deep cleaning. Filling the detachable part of the vacuum cleaner (grey/nose part) and filling it with soapy water seems to push out larger items that get stuck. The filter, like most devices, feels cheap and flimsy, but so far has held up to regular use and washing. I just love this business. They were so cheap that if they spoiled us in a year it wouldn't be the end of the world - except they would be more waste than going to landfill. However, I hope that with regular cleaning and charging they will last a long time. TO BUY. I would give it 5 stars but it seems a bit flimsy. Will be updated if it takes a year.
