Great concept, poor execution. I agree with most people who have reported that the design compromises the action required to flip the peel (or lemon). Maybe a lemon would be better. The device is adjustable. Lemon/lime zest should be dry. Smaller fingers can allow you to flip the lemon/lime. I have medium hands and fingers. I couldn't hold the lemon and flip it at the same time. Use a cheese grater or a grater shaped like a potato peeler. I saw one with this shape advertised in the 'Related Items' section.
