I bought this to replace the bathroom faucet in the house I am currently renting. Since I don't have a home, I didn't want to spend a lot of money. Well, the installation was quick and easy for anyone with any level of comfort. The quality seems to be cheaper, which is to be expected for the price. My main complaint is that the kit didn't come with a matching stop rod, so I had to use a chrome rod from an old faucet that didn't fit. If you can afford it I would suggest spending a little more to get a better product. But if money is tight or like me you don't want to spend money on something you don't have, this is a decent budget option.
