The product was very safe and well packaged and included all the tools I needed for the repair and they were of good quality. However, after following the instructions closely and carefully, this was the second non-working digitizer right out of the box. He was completely dead and after reading and reading several reviews repeating the same thing I decided to go with another seller. The quality of the product and the tools that came with it were pretty good and I would be very happy with this product. if it were functional.
