Missing Parts! Not the product as described. The description says it is a "foldable" carrier. Of course mine don't match. The photos included in the product description on the Revain website show the equipment to be donned and assembled as part of the collapsible stretcher. Mine don't match at all. .It doesn't say it's foldable. The instructions don't describe that it's foldable, nor does it show any hardware that would make it so. Also, the two holes that are supposed to match in the metal tube don't match, and no way to turn them into position to allow a screw to be inserted through both holes to secure the frame. To make matters worse they didn't even bother to give me a wheel beam to slip into the wheels , so I can't even roll the dog with it when I need it.
