I've been looking for an organizer like this for my controller for a long time. Most of the others I've seen look like sticks with branches and I find them ugly. This is a sturdy stand for controllers with headphones on the back. The construction is very solid, even if the assembly is a bit cumbersome. It's not difficult and you are provided with two hex wrenches to secure one side of each post and tighten the other. The instructions mention adjusting the stands to sit flat on the table, but I got it right on the first try. The rubber pads that the controllers sit on are fine, but I used some CA glue to attach mine so I don't have to worry about them. Overall this is exactly what I was looking for.
