Overall, minoritieplatform has improved efficiency and collaboration

I like that it's so easy to build flows for our data team in order to get information out into different apps we use daily as well as our CRM system (Salesforce). The dashboard is not very intuitive unless you have experience with this tool which can be intimidating at first if used by new users or people who are less familiar/comfortable using software tools. We had been searching around looking for an application where multiple teams could access their own workflows without having everyone sign up under one account but couldn't find anything until they started working together collaboratively within Minorities platform.

Pros

It gives me peace when everything works seamlessly between platforms, makes my life easier because now all these disparate systems work better than ever! My coworkers were initially skeptical about how much time would really add value from being able to see what was going wrong through alerts & notifications instead just waiting hours later till someone goes down there themselves only finding something broken then
