Easy to use with good quality mapping functions which are easy to customize when needed. The integration with other third party platform such as Pega was very difficult during initial set up but after that things worked fine for us. It's not perfect but they have added features over time that make it easier to manage your project data more efficiently. We were looking to create tasking between different parties within our own organization. They also allowed you to add custom fields so we could easily track changes or changeover dates along with progress tracking and budgeting.
