Nice route. I went to the size chart and ordered M. I carry my mid-menopausal weight on my belly. They fit well. You young girls will look great! That being said, if you shift your weight to your hips or thighs, you may need to increase the size for comfort. I didn't notice any transparency when trying them on, but when overstretched they could show through. good weight Not as shiny as my $10 CVS. Lined crotch gusset. Feels less cotton than I expected but still nice. Super rinsed. No weird smell or anything like that. Too hot to wear at this time but will be a staple in fall and winter. I bought them mainly for camping. When I walk my dogs it would be nice to have a pocket for my phone. When it is very cold, they are worn as an extra layer under jeans. Much better than bulging thermals.
