Review on Aveeno Kefir Probiotic Blend Shampoo: Nourishing Hair Care with Kefir Probiotics, 12oz by Jessica Morris

I have an itchy scalp after dying my hair and I thought given Aveeno's high rating and reputation this would help with the itching. I really regret trying this shampoo and will be returning it. After the first application, the hair has a straw-like texture. When my hair touches my skin, my skin starts to itch. The neck itches and is covered with small pimples. The shampoo also lightened the ends of my hair a bit. I washed my hair with my regular shampoo and used Olaplex 3 and Olaplex 5 to help my hair but nothing changed. I have a feeling that I will continue to have this problem for a while. If you try this, please test it on a small area. If you react badly to it, then at least it's not over yet. The smell, while not unpleasant, lingers for a few days. I haven't written a review in a while but felt compelled to let people know after my bad experience. I don't wish that on anyone.
