I used this to cover a spot in my backyard that gets UV exposure all day. I put it up in late April expecting to have to replace it by maybe the end of June. IT IS STILL UP. That's right, this has been out in the sun since April (now Nov) and it's still up, in one piece, and waterproof. All I did was spray it with Aerosoace 303 when I put it up.At this point the fabric is delicate and it's lifespan is up for any practical purpose. But I am *astounded* by how well this tarp has done. It survived not only the spring, but the full onslaught of the summer sun (Michigan), and well into the fall - 24/7. I bought two at the time having been prepared to need to replace one, so I'm delighted to already have another one for camping. I can't see myself dropping for a Hilleberg or the like when I have seen what this one can do for a small fraction of the price. Blew a Kelty Noah's Tarp out of the water.
