Review on 🧀 Accurate Size Scale Stainless Steel Cheese Slicer Wire with 5 Replaceable Wires by Non Martin

If you're thinking of buying this or marble, get a marble planer. I have a Nordpro marble cutter but can't find any spare wires. The new wires are 5.75 inches long, but the older cutting machines use 5 inch wire. I bought this metal planer as a replacement. Not impressed. He is light. It's easy to clean. One problem is the strange design. It's hollow and the slicer makes a huge mess underneath. Because it's light, I'm not used to slicing cheese on it. The heavier marble scissors seem to do the job better. The extra weight helps and doesn't make such a mess.
