I read a lot of reviews and one that I remember was about the straps. I have 87 YJ and took a chance and bought it. It fits great and is really comfortable. The straps are wide and thick, adjustable. Almost like seat belts. They also have some stitching so I'm not worried about them breaking. These aren't bungee cords that people have been talking about. Who knows, maybe they heard about people's complaints and fixed it. The only complaint I really have is the wings closing the door. The openings at the front of the Jeep aren't as narrow as we'd like, and they shift a little when it's windy. It rained on Saturday for the first time since I got it and no water has collected on the roof or the back of the jeep. And even with a slight movement of the doors above the doors, I had no water in them. If you are interested, I can add a photo, otherwise I can highly recommend the product.
