Two items were scratched when unpacked. Ok, I called Amazon and they refunded part of the purchase price. I kept using them. There was this odd mark on the eyelids that caused water to pool on the underside. Ok, keep using it. ALL now have huge scratches with rusting, less than a year has passed. The last straw was after I bought a new oven. Now I have a glass plate. You scratched the hob the first time you used it. DONE! Don't buy them if you have a glass cooktop, don't buy them unless you plan on throwing them away in less than a year.
