No padding in the sole.
I love Ryka shoes. Unfortunately I would not buy these again. They look beautiful and fit very well. However, I wore them for the first time to a Zumba class today and the soles of my feet are killing me. There just isn't enough cushioning in the sole. I would like to get a shoe insert, but then the shoes would not fit me. I don't think I can return them anymore, nor would I.
