Review on 💾 Samsung Chromebook 11 6" - Increase Storage to 16GB (Model XE500C13) by Herthoel Yanda

Having used Lenovo Thinkpad, Samsung Galaxy Tab 2, Acer Chromebook and now Samsung Chromebook 3, I know Chromebook is superior to other devices. It's less sensitive than the Thinkpad, which I found a bit too sensitive. It's almost the same size and weight as my Galaxy Tab 2, plus a keyboard that I LOVE! Acer is similar but bigger and heavier. For me it is not beneficial. I have a HUGE offer for anyone who needs apps from the google playstore like me. My device doesn't have the Playstore app downloaded, but I've done enough research to know it can use it. After hours of experimenting, I finally called 1-888-891-0696. They gave me their Chromebook reps who said I had to call Google to get the update I needed. I called 1-844-613-7593 and was told they used to handle upgrade calls but no longer do so they referred me back to Samsung. This time I called 1-800-SAMSUNG and got a representative who told me they can't do Google updates, only Google can do that. She asked randomly if there were any updates on my device that heeded would have to. Being new to this device I wasn't sure but she walked me through it and I actually did. THIS WAS THE GOOGLE PLAYSTORE APP I NEEDED! Problem solved! Just look next to your photo in the box to see the update sign. After completing the update and downloading the Playstore app, I was able to download the Brother printing app that I needed as well as others that I usually use. I hope this review helps others save themselves the initial hassle I encountered because the Chromebook 3 looks amazing in every other way.
