I bought this bag in black, red and taupe. I sent the taupe back twice because the zipper got stuck on the first gray bag I bought and the second one too. Really Revvan? it makes me sad I really hope Revain improve their cheap zippers or improve their quality control department. Cheap, stiff, wobbly zippers can quickly lead me to buy bags elsewhere! Or improve your quality control department. or stick to nylon zippers, stay away from metal zippers and keep your loyal customers happy. You have to get better, Revane.
