The best thing about this program is that it allows me to organize my files in different folders with subfolders, so I can easily find what research paper or article needs attention next! If you want something simple but effective then savemyresearch really helps out.
It's easy enough even if one knows nothing of computers - simply click "save" as soon as finished writing an essay/paper etc., and all will be organized accordingly once saved by another user who'll receive notification via email (which they may not always see).
