So. Let me be direct. I'm new to sewing by accident. The first 5 steel needles I had for my Singer absolutely EXPLODED when sewing anything thicker than wet pile. but these? THESE Titan MONSTERS are on the verge of DESTRUCTION. Purple tips (the ones for denim etc.) are absolute UNITS. I fixed two blankets, three pants, two jackets, sewed together 20 reusable cleaning pads, attached 4 pillows and the SAME NEEDLE. Still no signs of dullness or breakage. The singer could very well be going out of business because these damn things are SIMPLY going to happen. NO. INTERRUPTION.5/5 stars. 100/100. This is COSMIC magic, PURE witchcraft on the tip of a pin, and it makes me TERRIBLE. UPDATE: More than 30 days (and MANY stitches later). I'm still on the FIRST of these titanium needles. Yes. You read that right. I haven't changed the needle for more than 10 spools of thread.
