I like that there are so many options for different types/sizes (and even shapes)of self checkouts, as wellas how customisable they can be if required by store size or layout - we had an issue at one time where our existing stock was not compatible but after contacting support within hours this problem has been solved! The speed in which issues were resolved made me feel valued personally rather than just another customer- very impressed!! Sometimes its hard when you have multiple people working from home because everyone needs access sometimes during peak periods etc however their team does respond quickly once contacted via chat / email & do provide updates regularly regarding progress being done :) would really enjoy more 'live' assistance available over phone call also could use additional training resources ebooks maybe? This isn't always possible due busy season times though :).
