Review on MBC by Kevin Bucher

I had been with many different agencies in my career, but have to say this is one of best for sure! Very professional service from start till end; very friendly staff (both local office or international team).

The support they provided was always good advice even if that meant not doing what i wanted them too do.. which worked just fine by me as long we understand each other well first haha ;) They are honest people who care about your success at all time so no doubt will recommend you guys! Definitely go ahead :) Have nothing negative here - everything working perfectly smooth!! Well managed business account where there were constant changes going down every month without any explanation why it happens nor how can be avoided next months ;-) As per contract agreement between us-Mbc did monthly forecasting / billing etc., however due bad management practices some payments weren't made according those forecasts/billing :-( I like that they can help you understand your data, how to best use it in presentations or reports etc., as well what other people are doing with their own analytics software so there's no duplication of effort (unless we do something different). It would be nice if our users could have more input into this process but overall its been good for us! They've helped create dashboards/reports using Tableau which has then lead onto some great ideas around user experience design - very happy client here!!
