I install a lot of tape recorders Mine was installed on a 2007 Honda Element. The camera power lines are long enough to reach the reversing lights. However, there is no trigger wire on the camera, so an additional wire from the camera to the reverse light may be needed. It could be connected internally as it is connected to the power supply or it could have an extra cable connected to it. Installing the radio itself was your standard test. There are only four mounting holes on each side. I had to drill additional holes in the bracket to mount it. A different bracket might have helped, but more holes would be more useful if you're using the original bracket instead of the aftermarket bracket. The sound quality is good. I had to connect two speakers together because there weren't enough audio jacks. The touchscreen is responsive, but the side volume buttons are disabled where you press them. The radio will not store stations or settings if the battery is disconnected. When the rear camera is used I can see very well if there is no glare. It's still a good radio, it just has a few issues to be aware of.
