The Fresh Step brand has changed its formula. I found this out when, after years of using the regular form, I suddenly started scraping urine paste off the bottom of my boxes — no matter how much junk I threw in. Someone told me that light weight is better so I tried it and it actually works way, way, MUCH better than the standard. Moderate dust but definitely less than standard. TIP: I've heard that cats have trouble breathing with Febreeze so I'm glad I found this online as it's available in stores. PS-Target has the cheapest price.
