The customer service department is very helpful. They are always willing to help you out with any questions you might have regarding your account. The turnaround time for reports can sometimes take longer than expected but it's usually not too bad of an issue at all. I had issues one day where my report didn't transfer over from another client properly (due to their system crashing). It took me about two days to get them back up again after they fixed it. But other then that everything has been great! Sometimes there will be some delays if there is a lot going on outside the office. So make sure to keep things as organized as possible when working during busy times like this. We use Athreon to transcribe medical records so we don't have to rely on our own staff members. This allows us to have more control over what goes into the final product.
