I haven't had a pair of training shorts (or shorts in general) in twenty years. But now I live in Florida and it's too hot for pants. Stumbled upon it while searching. I didn't have high hopes, but I decided to give it a try. I love her. They have pockets. no huge pockets but will fit my wallet or keys or phone. Although I wouldn't run with stuff like that in my pocket. But on foot, yes. And I will take long walks with my cell phone in my pocket. :)They are very comfortable. fabric and cut. Which is very important to me. You are fed. I fully expected to cut out the lining, expected the lining to be snug, but it's not tight or loose, so it works. But this is Florida, and it's just hot there, so someday the food might come out. I plan to buy another pair. I'm 5ft 7in, 120lbs. Waist 28 inches. Hips/Buttocks 38 inches. I ordered medium. I wasn't looking for cute shorts, I was looking for functional shorts that are cool and comfortable for working out or lounging. The medium size is perfect for this. I suppose a size small would be tighter and more stylish or trendy.
