What I love about the jade roller is that it works and feels great on my skin. Since it was very hot, I started putting the scooter in the fridge. Not only does this cool my skin, it really helps with blood flow. I've recently developed a light tan on my cheeks. I had it in the fridge most of the day. When I applied it to my face, not only did it feel great on my cheeks, it really helped my tanned skin. I combined this jade roller with aloe vera gel. Usually the redness goes away after 3-5 days, but by the 2nd day the redness was gone. When it comes to Gua Sha, I use it to facilitate massage and get rid of small cramps in my calves. I put it back in the fridge but when applied to muscles it really helps with cramps and even knots. If you press hard there will be a small bruise, but since I'm in smocks, no one sees them but me. However, it seems amazing and really relaxing. My wife has helped me use this on my back and although it can be painful due to the knots, my back feels great. The quality of the materials is much stronger and better than I thought. When it comes to cleaning and disinfection, it is very easy to wash and clean.
