Avaya phone headset adapter works as intended
I bought the adapter to replace a headset adapter box that used batteries (I couldn't hear when the batteries died). Then I had to get another headset to connect to the new adapter. This is for my Avaya office phone. It was the only adapter with an RJ phone jack on one end. I wanted the other end to be a 2.5 jack only so I could use my existing headset but couldn't find one. Anyway, this one works.
