I would return them as they are much smaller than the recommended size. I got a pair of Sanuks and Hey Dudes when I was 13 and they were ok although they were too small. They were really very comfortable except for squeezing my toes. The return process was very easy and my money was refunded immediately. If there are larger sizes, I will buy without hesitation!
