Review on iPR Software by Issac Smart

The ability for me as owner of my own business with no employees, to be able to manage everything from one system! It's easy, fast and affordable compared to other products out there in this same space. I wish it was easier to add custom fields so we could have more control over our reporting needs but they are working hard at making improvements here every release cycle or two (website updates). We've been using them since 2013 and haven't had any issues yet. They were great when we first started with support and training us through onboarding their product which saved us time and money because now we're not having to hire staff just to do what used to take 2 people before. Now everything can get done by myself without needing anyone else - saving both cost AND time.
