1 star deducted because the tip doesn't really work. The waist circumference is not adjustable. Luckily the elastic at the waist fits me perfectly. But I read many reviews to determine my size. I chose XL. (FYI: I can wear medium sized pants with little room to spare, I personally prefer large pants for looser comfort.) I'm 5ft 4" and 163lbs. My body is very heavy at the bottom. I. This skirt falls from the body, not tight. Would order again if it was navy blue. Sits as expected from reading reviews. I'd say it's a comfortable medium/large waist size and also has a free flow of hips and thighs. , Could be a tighter XL size (Photo: crumpled in transit, need to be washed and hung.) No problem, is like that!
