Comes with wheels and plates which together provide a flexible way to move a heavy object as needed. I mounted this on a heavy home build workbench and the wheels allow me to move the workbench to where it is needed and set it up to become a stationary workbench. The wheels can be removed from the workbench for space-saving storage. I bought an extra set of panels and installed them on another heavy storage box. This allows me to use the same wheelset either on the workbench or in the warehouse depending on my needs; the same price for a special wheelset. The product is made of well-durable powder-coated steel. The workmanship is good, the bearings are loose and smooth-running. The wheels are solid rubber and seem to support the weight. I can't confirm the 600lb weight estimate, but I can say my workbench and storage box weigh over 150lb. And the wheels move them easily. The assembly is done directly for the bracket with 4 screws. I increased the size (length) of the bolts for more strength, just as a precaution. The insertion of the wheel mechanism into the plate is well aligned, nothing can be done about it.
