Go larger then you normally would
So cute! The size chart measurements are incorrect though. Id go based off of the animals weight. I got a medium although measurements would suggest a small. I have a 10lb sphynx shown in pics. Honestly a large would have probably fit a little more loose which would be best for him as far as moving around without any feelings of being restricted.
