These are exactly the same grips made and sold by AMVR except they cost less (at time of purchase) making them better value for money overall. This elastic ankle strap is by far the most effective and comfortable way; Velcro strap styles are very uncomfortable and provide very poor grip on the controller as they don't actively adjust and mold to your hand like rubber straps do. This elastic ankle strap easily holds the controllers on my arm without fear of breaking them. The plastic grips are strong and fit the Quest 2 controllers snugly, making them very reliable. Because these grips fit snugly into the controller, they require little effort to install and remove, but the Quest 2 controller batteries do not require frequent changing, so this is NOT a major inconvenience. I'd rather have that extra sense of security knowing the controllers won't fly away when I turn them. Thin silicone grips don't weigh the same and don't offer enough grip compared to these. The box contained an extra set of Velcro straps, an extra set of buckles, a light shield, and a lens protector, just like the AMVR device. You never know when you'll need to replace a lost or broken part, and extra accessories are a nice bonus.
