Well that's an update Joby swapped it once and now the second one ripped in the same spot. Used probably a dozen times, no extreme bends. Just 2 months ago, used it about half a dozen times and one of the cups on the top has already cracked and the stem keeps falling out. It has never been bent around anything, I have used it to support or hold the DSL as a tripod.
