I use these to package infused dehydrated fruits. The bags seal well, though it can be difficult to get them lined up straight in the sealer. They are not that easy to fill because they are small and flat with no gusset, but that is really no big deal. For nuts and fruits they work well and make a tidy presentation. I would not use them for candy as the bags are slightly opaque and would not look as good as a cellophane bag.
