The ability to create an interactive map based on your visitors behavior! It's really cool and very useful in creating marketing strategies. I have been able to see my site traffic and where people are clicking. Great tool for tracking user activity in real time! I haven't found anything that I dislike so far! I've been using this software for about four months now and it's been working well. I would recommend heatmap to other businesses who want to know what their customers like. We use heatmap in order to track our customer behavior. It helps us understand how they interact with our site.
