I have four dogs and often need to pick things up quickly between heavy vacuuming. So I figured this vacuum cleaner would help. Unfortunately, the fur gets stuck in the tube and doesn't even make it into the dust bag, which is only about 3/4 the size anyway. Once that happens, you no longer have suction power. And after each session you have to take everything apart to clean it. I had to use a hair dryer brush to get all the fur out of the tube and I had to use my fingers to clean the cup. Pooh. Once you've taken everything apart, it takes about 20 minutes to put it back together. It's one of those things that you just have to use. But it is very difficult to align the parts correctly, it causes frustration and headache. Especially trying to reconnect the handle to the motor. It is almost impossible. It's actually easier to just use my plug-in shark vacuum.
