I bought a big one. My measurements are: chest 43", shoulders 20", arms 15" relaxed, waist 35", height 5'11", weight 200 lbs. I should have taken XL. It's too tight in the chest and shoulders , although the seam is in the right place on the shoulders.It's just around my waist.It's a little tight on the arms so be careful if you have big biceps.
