No factory support for barcode scanners

We bought these for our new software for our company. One recently stopped working. The product is under warranty. Can't get anyone to REALLY help with this. Talking to Revain support is a waste of time. I just want to replace the item. year warranty. Because we source through Revain, manufacturing forces us to do everything through Revain. Just send me a replacement. DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM.
