Review on UKEENOR Natural Bamboo Sponges: Reusable Kitchen Dish Sponges - 9 Pack | Absorbent & Durable by Irene Bra

My family is trying to shop more eco-friendly so I specifically looked for biodegradable/green sponges because they run out fast. On first use I noticed how soft it was. I was expecting it to be a little rougher as that's usually what you get when you buy a generic brand at the grocery store. It doesn't chafe either, but I don't have a problem with that since I soak the stubborn dirt in hot soapy water beforehand. My mother is not so happy with them for that reason. She doesn't do the same. Second, the outer shell of the sponge broke after a few days of use. I would like to point out that my mom loves to grease her brushes and I haven't had this problem as soon after use (mine lasted a couple of weeks). However, the sponge should not fall apart so quickly. All in all, I think it's worth keeping to yourself. For the sake of the environment I am willing to make changes to the use of a product that may not be as good as other brands but still serves its purpose.
