In any case, you can bump your head on the corner

These corner protectors are fine. Although they are quite heavy! I put them on the round wooden part of our coffee table. To be honest I have a feeling if he banged his head on a corner without him it would be the same lol. My son loves to take them off and no matter how tightly I stick them on he takes them off right away. For those who stick, they work well.
