Review on ECPurchase by Bobby Diaz

I recently made a purchase through ECPurchase, however I had a somewhat unsatisfactory experience. Although their website is simple to use and their product selection is respectable, their customer service might have been much better. I had a lot of trouble reaching their support staff when I had a problem with my order. When I did eventually get through to someone, they were useless and appeared uninterested in helping me resolve my problem. To make matters worse, my product arrived later than anticipated due to the lengthy delivery process. When it eventually arrive, some of the goods were broken and the packaging was inadequate. Overall, I was disappointed and upset by my interaction with ECPurchase. Although I respect their dedication to provide excellent customer service, I felt that their actual performance fell short of my expectations. I won't be doing any more purchasing with them in the future.
